just finished The Agent Playbook by Jessica Souza — I ordered the hard copy and just listened to the audio book.. I’ve been in real estate about three years now, still pretty new, and this book really helped me connect the dots. It’s super easy to follow, very clear, and I love how she breaks it all down step by step. It actually feels like she’s walking you through the process, not just telling you what to do. If you’re thinking about getting into real estate or still figuring things out, I’d 100% recommend this book. It’s well written and easy to understand.
